How does our Move In / Move Out cleaning program work?
We start with removing any left behind trash or boxes. Every drawer and cabinet is opened and completely emptied and cleaned. All surfaces in kitchen (including appliances), baths, and closets are completely wiped clean and ready for the next occupants to move right in. Any furniture remaining in the home will be moved to be cleaned underneath. Excessively heavy furniture excluded. The floors are triple moped. The base-boards are wet wiped clean of dust and dirt. All walls are inspected for marks that can be removed with magic eraser. Sliding window tracks, frames, and rails are completely cleaned. Outdoor lanai wiped down and blown with electric blower.
